With Veterans Day quickly approaching, communities in Clark County are each doing their part to honor those who have fought and those who have given it all for us to live in this great land of the free…
The City of Battle Ground will be hosting a ceremony on Monday, November 12th at 11:00 AM in the Battle Ground Community Center (912 E Main Street). Mayor Mike Dalesandro and Councilmember Philip Johnson will lead the ceremony inviting community members to join them and recognize veterans past and present. They will also honor and remember the 31 local servicemen who have died serving our country.
November 11th will be the 100th anniversary of the day World War I ended. The ceremony will commemorate this day in history as well.
Consider joining your community to honor those, especially in the community, who have fought and have given all for you to live in the Land of the Free!
