OK, so it’s not actually the very first Friday of January… but you can still enjoy a First Friday week of fun activities. And, if you’re getting a late start on completing the daily challenges, don’t worry, you have until Friday, January 8, 2021, at 3:00 PM to finish!
A new CLUE inspired activity or mystery will be posted on the Downtown Camas First Friday Facebook Page every morning January 3 – January 8 and the winners from the activities throughout the week will be announced on the Facebook Live event on Friday the 8th at 5:00 PM. Those watching will have lots more chances to win for responding during the Facebook Live.
Here are the daily activities (win gift cards and prizes for participating):
Sunday – Solve the Picture Puzzle
Monday – Pick & Pic, Pick your favorite CLUE character and then post a picture of a great example of a CLUE character… 20 BONUS entries to win if it’s a picture of you
Tuesday – Seek & Find
Wednesday – What is this? Guess what the close up picture is. Post “guessed it” in the comments.
Thursday – Morse Code
Friday Virtual Passport – Solve it! By scrolling through the pictures, and eliminating the clues given, you will solve the mystery of who stole Millie the Bronze Dog’s hat and where it is hidden!
In-person “Bagel Mystery Passport” (note: the passport will be posted on January 4 so you have all week to complete): Find the letter “clues” on the right-hand side of the participating downtown merchants windows to spell out who did it and where in the “Case of the Missing Bagels”. Send a Private Message on the First Friday FB page with the answer by 8:00 PM on Friday the 8th and you will receive a free bagel of your choice from Cedar Street Bagel Co compliments of the DCA and Cedar Street Bagel will treat you to a free coffee as well.
You have until 3:00 PM on First Friday to complete each of the daily virtual activities to be entered to win downtown gift cards and prizes sponsored by the Downtown Camas Association. You have until 8:00 PM on Friday to message us about the in-person passport mystery answer and receive a free bagel and coffee.

First Fridays are Art, Activities, Dining, and After Hours Shopping themed family friendly events coordinated by the DCA each month of the year to support downtown and develop community and are being held virtually until fully in-person First Friday events are again possible.
