Annual Blast from the Past Vancouver USA.
What used to be a weekly event in Downtown Vancouver (pardon me as I flashback to my high school days :) ), is now one of the most popular annual events in Vancouver. Cruisin’ the Gut will take place this year on Saturday, July 20, 2013 and is an all day event starting around 11 am and ending somewhere around 11 pm.
The main rule of thumb is “If it looks cool, or sounds cool, you’re in!” There is no pre-registration or fee to participate, or to watch; and, with over 20 city blocks of cruising, you’re sure to find a great viewing spot! Enjoy live music and show cars at Turtle Place Park, Racers Row at 12th and Main, an after hours party at Kiggins Theatre, and so much more. Check out the Cruisin’ the Gut map to find your favorite place to watch the event.
Cruisin’ the Gut will also have two food donation centers and will be accepting canned food donations for Share at Dairy Queen and Turtle Place. For more information, please visit Cruisin’ the Gut online or on Facebook (and hey, if you’re on Facebook, don’t forget to visit us, too.)
