If you plan to visit any of the following four Clark County parks in 2019, now is the time to get your annual parking passes.
Parks include Frenchman’s Bar Regional Park, Lewisville Regional Park, Salmon Creek Regional Park/Klineline Pond, and Vancouver Lake Regional Park.
Passes cost $30 and can be purchased at four locations, Clark County 78th Street Operations Center, Building A, 4700 NE 78th St. from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, Clark County Permit Center, first floor Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St. from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, Battle Ground Community Center, 912 E Main St. from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Tuesday through Friday, and online at Clark County Public Works.
Passes can also be purchased at each park when the fee booths are staffed. When buying in person, cash, checks, credit cards, and debit cards are accepted. When purchasing online Visa or Mastercard are accepted.
If you are visiting the parks without an annual parking pass fees are $2 for motorcycles, $3 for vehicles, $6 for vehicles with trailers, and $8 for buses or motorhomes. If you frequent any of the above county parks, an annual pass may save you money throughout the year.
You can start using your parking pass as soon as you purchase it and it is valid through the end of 2019. Once purchased, they are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If lost, you must provide identification and proof of purchase for a replacement. Replacements cost $10 and can be obtained at the original location you purchased your pass.
If you are caught parking without a pass or paying the daily required fee, you can expect a $40 fine.
