Three Tours in One.

The 35th Annual Clark County Parade of Homes will take place this year September 7-23, 2012 and will include the NW Natural Parade of Homes in in the gorgeous Evergreen Pointe development in Vancouver overlooking the Columbia River, as well as the Open House Tour and the Remodeled Homes Tour throughout Vancouver/Clark County.

The NW Natural Parade of Homes is produced by the Building Industry Association of Clark County, and has become a summer tradition for families, couples and everyone looking to find innovative ideas for building, remodeling, landscaping, decorating or buying a new home. The event will showcase four homes highlighting the best in custom design, luxury, energy efficiency and creative use of space. Homes will range between 3,000 and 6,500 square feet and be furnished and fully decorated.


Your Parade of Homes ticket will also include the Open House Tour which includes at least ten of the area’s best new homes by various builders; and the Remodeled Homes Tour, which will give you the opportunity to tour nine freshly remodeled homes and the contractors that did them.

The Clark County Parade of Homes will run September 7-23, 2012 (closed Mondays and Tuesdays); the Open House Tour, September 7-23, 2012 and the Remodeled Homes Tour, September 22-23, 2012 only.
