If you have an interest in or knowledge of farmland, typical crops, land quality, and net cash rental assessments, a volunteer position on the Farm Advisory Committee needs you.
The committee currently has five vacancies to fill. The term is for one year from January through December 2019. The committee meets at least once per year. As an advisory group to the Assessor, the committee helps implement assessment guidelines as they are established by the department for open space, farm, and agricultural.
