hey! sharing is caring :)

Clark County Sheriff’s Reserve Unit is now recruiting for its 2018 Academy.

The Reserve unit is recruiting for volunteer Reserve Deputy Sheriffs, and will be holding an informational meeting on Monday, April 3rd, 2017 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at the West Precinct (Public Safety Complex), 505 NW 179th Street, Ridgefield.

At this meeting you will be able to receive information about the Reserve Program and the testing process on how to become a Reserve Deputy.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Reserve Unit is made up of fully commissioned law enforcement officers who volunteer their time in support of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Their members have been volunteering individually for anywhere between just a few years to some with more than 25 years experience. Reserve Unit members can be found anytime, day or night, performing routine patrol, responding to emergency calls for service, protecting crime scenes, serving the public in large community events, and many other functions.

The Sheriff’s Office is seeking individuals who are willing to make a minimum two to three-year volunteer commitment.
