Thankfully, there are lots of ways to find the information we need to be informed, and in many cases, the information will be sent to you as soon as a decision is made.

Sorenson Park Celebration

After nearly 13 years, thousands of volunteer hours, and the dedicated work of neighborhood and community leaders, Sorenson Park is finally set to open. The Felida-area park will host a Ribbon Cutting event on Saturday, December 3, starting at 1:30PM. Felida Neighborhood Association President Milada Allen, Park Advisory Board Co-Chair Barbara Anderson, and Sorenson Park Co-Chair A.J. Sallee will stories about the history of the Park and the uphill battle to get it built.Sorenson Park is located at NW 26th Avenue and NW 109th Street.
