Brian Schaffer Honored as PAL Officer of the Year

hey! sharing is caring :)

Every year The Police Activities League of SW Washington has the great honor to recognize an amazing Law Enforcement Volunteer, a person who goes above and beyond for the organization and their community. Congratulations to Brian Schaffer, PAL Officer of the Year!

In 2020 they had over 111 officers, deputies, and troopers from EIGHT local agencies volunteer with them. Together they volunteered over 1100 hours, accounting for 72% of their total volunteer hours. Thus it was no easy feat to choose just one, yet in their blog about this individual they note:

“Like our Manifesto says “Behind every badge is a heart, a person wanting to serve SW Washington, making it better.” He is that person, his commitment and drive to help support our organization and the community is something to admire.”

You can read more about his contributions on their blog: PAL Announces our 2020 LE Volunteer of the Year! – Police Activities League

Thank you Officer Schaffer for ALL that you do!
