Batter Up! 2019 Salmon Creek LL Registrations in Full Swing

hey! sharing is caring :)

Salmon Creek Little League player registrations for both baseball and softball are well underway.

Regular registration runs through January 27. Late registration (with a potential fee) is then available for several more days. Tryouts and evaluations will be held on February 9 (baseball) and February 12 (softball). Player placement is based on this event, so you need to be registered in advance.

Salmon Creek LL is open to kids ages 5-16, with several levels of instructional and competitive play.

If you’ve wanted your child to play but were concerned about costs, SCLL feels strongly that Little League should be available to everyone who wants to play. They have a scholarship fund available if anyone needs a 25%, 50% or 100% discount on registration fees. Those interested should email the SCLL Board for more information.

Speaking of the Board, they’re always looking for fresh ideas. According to Rob Garvin, SCLL Information Officer, “With as many as twelve divisions, dozens of teams, and hundreds of families, we have a very active and dynamic league, but we are always looking for others to help us grow and improve the experience for the kids.”

For information about League Boundaries, playing divisions, and a list of items needed at registration, please visit the Salmon Creek LL registration page.

Opening Day is March 16, and will be here quicker than an Edwin Diaz fastball. :)
