Enter into a springtime purple paradise as the Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens host Lilac Days to celebrate the coming of spring and the beauty of lilacs in bloom. Lilac Days is open daily until May 14, 2017 (don’t forget that’s Mother’s Day, too) at the 1880’s Victorian Farmhouse and country gardens in Woodland, Washington.
The beautiful Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens is an exquisite example of the turn of the century garden, but it is the Lilacs that have special meaning and take center stage Lilac Days. For more information on the “Lilac Lady” and her special Lilacs, you can read more online at the Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens. It is also important to note that it is only during Lilac Days that the Farmhouse is open for tours.
Visitors from around the world stroll through the gardens, buy their favorite lilacs, visit Hulda’s Victorian era home, and shop for special items in the gift shop. The gardens are open daily 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. year around. A $3.00 gate fee is payable at the gate. Children 12 years old and under enter free when accompanied by an adult. The Lilac Gardens are located off I-5 exit 21, at 115 South Pekin Road, Woodland, Washington 98674.
