Scented Acres Lavender Farm is hosting its 3rd Annual Fall Harvest Celebration on October 18th, 2014 from 10am to 6pm and the 19th, from 12pm to 5pm.
Pack up the family, invite a few friends, and head to the farm to enjoy old fashion fun, and holiday hauntings. Stations will be set up for butter churning, ice cream-in-a-bag, pine cone bird feeders, corn grinding, and an apple press. Put the kids to work on the washboard-ringer and tubs, and let them make their very own scarecrow!
The big red barn will be decorated in true Halloween style, with spiders, ghosts, and a haunted graveyard.
The pumpkin patch will be ready. So find that perfect pumpkin to take home or carve it right there on the farm… and leave the mess behind!
While you’re on the farm, visit the gift shop. It’ll be fully stocked! Grab a lavender hand sanitizer, a goat’s milk soap, a moisturizer… and some lavender treats! Mary’s famous Lavender Zucchini Bread, cookies, and cocoa will be available.
This Harvest Festival will top them all… you don’t want to miss it!
