The North County Community Food Bank is holding its ‘Alice in Wonderland’ Spring Tea fundraiser on Saturday April 23, 2016. This family friendly event begins at 12:30 at the Battle Ground Community Center, located at 912 E Main Street. There will be silent auctions, oral auctions, lunch and tea, desserts and a dessert auction, plus raffle prizes. Some of the auction items include; Disneyland tickets, Heathman Romance Package – night stay, dinner and wine, Ethereal Meads Basket, Garden Baskets galore, and so much more.
The North County Community Food Bank provides an emergency safety net to North Clark County residents in crisis and distress, with the goal of helping individuals and families build more stable, independent, and productive lives, and thus enhancing the general well-being of the community.
