Helping Families an Hour at a Time.

To help support families who have children with special needs, Sacajawea Elementary School is holding a series of “Parent Nights”, with different speakers and topics each meeting. These are from 6-7:00 pm and are free to families and community members, please RSVP by calling 313-2750.

November 2: Kristina Montgomery presenting Social Thinking and Helping Children with Behavior.


December 7: Audra Jensen presenting Social Thinking Strategies for Home.

January 4: Dr. Leslie Carter presenting Fears and Compulsions: Helping Anxious Children with School and Home Challenges.

February 1: Dr. Sheryl Wagner presenting Helping Your Child with Hidden Pain.

March 1: Jennie E. and Advanced Pediatrics presenting Sensory Processing in the Home.

April 12: Dr. Marie McMahon presenting Fostering Play Skills and Friendships.
