The Port of Camas-Washougal invites you down to Marina Park to enjoy a free concert and family fun on Saturday, August 15, 2015 from 6 pm to 9:30 pm.
Rocket 88 will be first in the lineup, playing from 6 to 7 pm. This band is fun and imaginative; a first class ensemble that plays country, swing, R and B, and more.
Johnny Limbo and the Lugnuts will take over at 8 and rock the house, er..park…until 9:30. This group has been a local favorite for many years; they rock the classics and put on a great show. “Johnny Limbo and the Lugnuts emphasize showmanship, creating a never-ending energy on stage.” Come see for yourself!
“As always, we’ll have a variety of food vendors, games for the children, and a shuttle service to transport concert-goers between the parking lot and the concert venue,” says David Ripp, executive director. “Each year, our goal is to put together family-friendly destination events that will attract locals and visitors, alike. We’re pleased and excited to to see the Riverside Concert Series continue to grow in popularity.”
