Oktober in September?

          Oktoberfest That Is!

oktoberfest_logoEnjoy the gardens and the beautiful September weather at the Fifth Annual Oktoberfest and Harvest Celebration put on by Shorty's Nursery and benefiting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International.  So eat, drink and be merry and help end juvenile diabetes all at the same time.

The event will take place Friday September 25, 2009, 6:30 pm, at Shorty's Nursery (10006 SE Mill Plain Blvd) and will be  featuring Donaumusikanten.  Don't even ask me to try and pronounce that name, but you might want to ask the folks at Shorty's, just for fun! 😀

Tickets are available for purchase in advance ($15) or at the door ($25) at either Shorty's locations, and kids 12 and under are free!  Click the above link for more information.
