A Springtime Tradition.

It is now open season on Easter Eggs in Clark County! Hunting for a hunt? Here’s a list of some places to go for some egg-citement!

Autism Empowerment is offering a free Easter Egg Hunt for children with disabilities on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at McKenzie Stadium (2205 NE 138th Ave, Vancouver) from 4-5pm. ” The event should start at about 4 p.m. but of course flexibility is always appreciated! We expect the first hunt to last about 15 minutes or so and that will include those with special needs only and their caregivers. We will then do a quick clean-up and have a separate hunt afterwards for siblings and friends.”


Vancouver Farmers Market is offering a free Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 7, 2012 between 10-11am at the Esther Short Park Pavilion Stage. There will be over 6000 candy filled eggs along with some special prizes. There will be three separate hunts based on age.

Join Camas Parks and Recreation for their annual Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday, April 8th at 1:30 PM sharp! This free event will have over 10,000 candy and prize-filled eggs hidden at Crown Park (15th Avenue and Everett Street) in designated egg hunting areas for children ages 2 to 12 years. Children should bring a basket or bag for their eggs and must be accompanied by an adult. Adults are not allowed in the hunting areas, except in area for ages 2-3. The Traditional Easter Bonnet and Contemporary Hat contest will take place immediately following the egg hunt. You will also get to meet Sir Launch-a-Lot, the egg launching robot!

Vancouver Elks Lodge #823 “Easter Egg Hunt” – April 7th at 12:00 Noon, 11605 SE McGillivray Blvd. First 100 children to receive bag of goodies and over 2,000 plastic eggs. Age groups are 0-3, 4-6, 7-9. Emblem Club will be selling hotdogs, chips, and sodas. This is a free event open to the public. Contact Don Wilson 360-798-9305 or the Lodge 360-256-0823.

LifePointe Church Eggstreme Egg Hunt Saturday, April 7, 2012 at 9:30am and 11:30 am, kids ages 2 years to 5th grade. 25,000 stuffed eggs, inflatables, drawings 305 NE 192nd Ave, Vancouver.

Alderbrook Park Easter Egg Hunt (24414 NE Westerholm Rd, Brush Prairie) 10am to 4pm. Other activities include Bounce Houses, Train Rides, Petting Zoo, Pony Rides. Cost is $6.50 in advance or $8 at the gate.
