There is another opportunity to make a difference around Earth Day. The Port of Camas-Washougal will be holding an Earth Day activity on Friday April 22nd, on the frontage road, South Marina Way.
“We invite the community to join a movement that continues to inspire, challenge ideas and motivate people to action,” said Port Executive Director David Ripp.
Members of the community are invited to meet at the Port office, located at 24 South “A” Street, Washougal, and collect litter between Union and 2nd Street and points east as time allows. The cleanup will be from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Trash bags, latex gloves and light refreshments will be provided for all volunteers.
