Community members are invited to attend the open house reception on October 8 from 5-7:00 pm for the new Columbia River Mental Health Service clinic located at 9105 Hwy 99 in Hazel Dell. The new clinic expands mental health treatment services to west Clark County and will focus on providing services to neighborhoods with a history of limited behavioral health options.

The event will provide light refreshments and is free and open to all community members. Guests will be able to take tours of the clinic, meet clinical and support staff and learn about offered services.

“It was perfect timing for our organization to expand into the Hazel Dell area to serve those living and/or working in Hazel Dell,” said the CRMHS CEO Craig Pridemore. “This is an exciting time in behavioral health in Washington and Columbia River is pleased to continue to offer the much-needed services that add to our community’s mental wellness.”

“The Hazel Dell clinic is the first of three new clinics being started as we expand to areas in our county which have a need for more and better behavioral health services,” said David Bilby, CRMHS Chief Development Officer. The next two clinics will open in Battle Ground and the Camas / Washougal areas in the next few months.

The new clinic focuses on providing a safe place in Hazel Dell where residents can receive consistent and accessible care. Columbia River Mental Health accepts private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and self-paying clients. All services are offered regardless of income and insurance status, and fees for services can also be offered on a sliding scale based on the type of services provided. The new clinic offers behavior health care for adults, children and families.
