Riverview Community Bank Collects 720,000 Pounds for Food Bank.

Riverview Community Bank thanks customers and local communities for their generosity during this year’s food drive, which brought in the equivalent of 720,000 pounds of food for local food banks (more than double last year’s collection!); and also includes a $6,500 donation from the bank.

“Our customers and communities are so generous,” said Ron Wysaske, President of Riverview. “We thank everyone who helped ease the burden and pain of hunger for so many this year. We are honored to make this cash contribution on behalf of those who donated.”

This was the second year that Riverview expanded the Fill‐A‐Bag program into the Gresham community, and the 10th year Riverview supported the Clark County Walk and Knock food drive as a financial sponsor and collection site.

Riverview Bancorp, Inc. (www.riverviewbank.com) is headquartered in Vancouver, Washington – just north of Portland, Oregon on the I‐5 corridor. With assets of $862 million, it is the parent company of the 89 year‐old Riverview Community Bank, as well as Riverview Asset Management Corp. There are 17 branches, including twelve in the Portland‐ Vancouver area and three lending centers, with an 18th branch currently under construction in Gresham, OR. The Bank offers true community banking services, focusing on providing the highest quality service and financial products to commercial and retail customers.
