Camas Days Jungle Safari

hey! sharing is caring :)

The Tradition Continues.

The Annual Camas Days festival, which takes place this year Friday and Saturday, July 22 and 23, 2011 is fun for the whole family! This year’s theme is Jungle Safari, is open from 10 am to 8 pm on both days, and the Wine & Microbrew Street will be open from 5 pm to 11 pm both days. Just head to Downtown Camas, on Fourth Avenue, and look for the crowd!

Expect to see arts & craft vendors, a gated wine & microbrew street, a food street, concerts in the park, two parades (kids parade on Friday & main parade on Saturday), the ducky derby, the kids activities street, a softball tournament and the famous bathtub races in front of City Hall.

The Kids Parade will begin Friday at 11:30, the Main Parade will be Saturday at 11:00 and the famous Bathtub Races will take place after the Main Parade, at approximately 1:00. Come before the parades, stay after the parades…see for yourself why this is East County’s most famous festival!

For more information, visit the Camas Washougal Chamber of Commerce, or give them a call at (360) 834-2472.
